The Villa

Family Area
A spacious open plan family area offering both style and comfort. Two sofas (one of which converts into a queen size sleeper), coffee table, two side tables with lamps, cable TV and DVD player, all for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Dining
An elegant dining area has a large natural wood dining table with eight high backed padded chairs.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar comes fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. All crockery and glasses are provided along with all other appliances and utensils. To the side of the kitchen is the laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Suite 1
Luxuriously furnished with a sumptuous queen bed and matching furniture with masses of drawer space, a large walk-in wardrobe and cable TV is provided for your use. Off the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity unit with basin, a family size walk-in-shower, toilet and hair drying facilities.

Master Suite 2
Stylish and bright with has a large double bed and matching furniture with plenty of drawer space, a walk-in wardrobe and cable TV is provided for your use. Off the bedroom there is an en-suite bathroom with a large vanity unit with basin, a family size walk-in-shower, toilet and hair drying facilities.

Bedroom 3
This bedroom is cheerfully decorated with a Disney theme for younger children or those young at heart, providing two single beds, ample draw space and a large fitted wardrobe..

Bedroom 4
Beautifully decorated with a wildlife theme for older children or adults, providing two single beds, ample draw space and a large fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom 3
Located for easy access and convenient use between bedrooms 3 and 4, comprising of a bath with a shower over, toilet, large vanity unit with basin and hair drying facilities.

Pool & Deck Area
A stunning extension to the interior of the home, is this 28ft swimming pool and deck area, as it allows our guests to take full advantage of the wonderful Florida sunshine, fully screened which helps keep the pool area clean and the wildlife out with a table and 6 quality padded chairs for al-fresco dining. The swimming pool also has underwater lighting for that romantic evening swim.

The pool is serviced weekly, so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

The surrounding extended deck area provides room to move around the pool and make full use of the high quality sun-lounger’s.

Pool heating is available as an option and is only normally required from November –April, although of course you can have it heated at any time of the year should you wish, we do have a thermal blanket for the cooler months to assist with maintaining a reasonable pool temperature.

All external doors and windows from the Villa to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of young children – they cannot access the pool area without your knowledge. An access door from the pool deck to the first master en-suite allows the use of toilet and shower directly from the pool area.
